Odisha continued its momentum towards building a future-ready and citizen-centric workforce with the successful conduct of its second one-day Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram.

The programme was conducted by  State Master Trainer (SMT) for 30+ government officials from the Works Department.

The one-day programme focused on strengthening the values, attitudes and behavioural competencies essential for effective, responsive and citizen-centric public service delivery.

The proliferation of Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram reflects Odisha’s commitment to embedding a culture of continuous learning and behavioural transformation among its officials, aligned with the vision of Mission Karmayogi.

The Capacity Building Commission appreciates the Government of Odisha, the State Master Trainers and all participating officials for their continued commitment towards building a future-ready, responsive and citizen-centric civil service.
